About us
We have been a managed services provider for over 16 years
We started in 2006 with a break and fix approach (correct the problems after thei appear with no preemptive measures). In time, studying our customers' needs, we shifted the focus towards preemption: data security consultancy, business continuity, cloud migration and work from home productivity. The trust we earned in time ensured a strong loyal customer base that have been our partners to this day. To learn what we can do for your company, we first need to meet.
Our service level agreement (SLA) guarantees a maximum 4h for on-premise interventions and maximum 1h for remote assistance. We do provide, of course, other options on demand.
Our packages are meant to cover your company's usual monthly IT needs for day-to-day incidents and device monitorization. Hours that remain unused during a month do not carry over to the next. However, if you feel you are over-paying for your IT, we can provide monthly hours reports to find the best option for the future.
Your monthly subscription covers, amongs others, helpdesk and training for using operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS, Linux) and the usual office apps, hardware and software monitoring for stations, mobile devices and servers. Some specialized services, however, are not included: printer servicing, headquarter cabling. Such services will be outsourced to specialized providers pending customer price approval.
